Our Promise to You -- and our Guarantee

 
Midwest Office Automations, Inc. warrants all new and refurbished copier products purchased for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of delivery. During the warranty period, all adjustments and replacement of broken or defective parts, not caused by accident, misuse or negligence by the purchaser, will be made at the expense of Midwest Office Automations including parts, labor and transportation costs, if any.

 

Midwest Office Automations, Inc. guarantees to the end user that it will make available spare parts, supplies and service for any copier purchased by the customer from Midwest Office Automations on the customer site if within the geographic territory normally serviced by MOA for seven (7) years from the date said new copier was sold to original customer.

 

Midwest Office Automations, Inc. will guarantee the original purchaser the satisfactory performance of new or refurbished copier purchased from MOA  for sixty (60) times (X) the manufacturer's maximum monthly copy volume rating or seven years, whichever occurs first, providing the copier is continuously on a full service maintenance agreement with MOA and the copier is continually protected from power disturbances by an authorized power regulation or conditioning device.

 

We offer our customers a Guaranteed Maintenance Agreement. Terms for your agreement are available from a member of our sales staff. Each agreement is designed and written to focus on the needs of our customers. It allows a convenient manner for you to allocate your service and supply needs. A factory trained staff of certified technicians will respond to your needs during the course of this agreement. Standard response time to you will be no more than four hours from the time your call has been received during business hours Monday - Friday 8:00 to 5:00.  The service department at MOA takes great pride in serving you and would be happy to address any questions you may have for them.
